After oral arguments that begin at 10AM before the en banc Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Nordyke v King, The Calguns Foundation is hosting a lunch event at Soluna Cafe and Lounge

 The bar opens shortly after the argument has ended. Soluna is a short 3 block walk from the courthouse. Tickets are $45 per person and will be available at the door but we would request that you purchase them online below. The menu is pre-fixe and available here. If you're a student or the price is otherwise prohibitive, don't despair. Calgunners are a sharing bunch and we expect certain folks will be picking up the tab for those in need. Lunch will begin shortly after the conclusion of Oral Argument. Don Kilmer, Don Kates, and Alan Gura will hold a brief panel style discussion of the case and the oral argument during lunch.
